Our method of training helps you work towards your goals more efficiently. Your goals may be to lose or gain weight, tone or define muscles, enhance or improve your cardiovascular activity, learn to do Pilates, Yoga, aerobic or step classes, perform calisthenics, learn about quality eating, have an individualized program to follow or to just get active again and improve the quality of your life. Whatever your goals are Quality Life Fitness & Wellness will help you feel better about yourself and what you are doing.

Whether you prefer working with the trainer over the telephone, by email, in the trainer’s home, in your home or office, or outdoors, personalized exercise instruction can maximize the benefits of your workout.

For the truly dedicated and disciplined individuals able to take their programming and do it on their own with the occasional assistance of a trainer.  

Continual Personal Training

If you're looking for accountability, support,  affordable options and versatility,
 this type of training is for you!

    Heart Rate Zone Training - Learn the 5 zones and how to use them
    Heart Rate Monitor use
    Walking programs
    Nordic Walking (with poles)
