INTRODUCTION TO GROUP EXERCISE

If
you have not taken classes before, have always wondered what classes were likeor
felt like you may not fit in - this is the class for you. You will learn the
fundamentals of and will sample many of the different forms of cardio exercise,
group cycling,
strength, and stretch all geared to help you transition to the next level
of fitness.

Enhance
your Pilates workout and improve posture while sculpting and toning your body
and increasing core strength. All while safely using a variety of equipment
...Pilates Fitness Circles, Weighted Balls, Resistance Bands, Stability Balls,
Weights and
more.

YOGA (Multi-Level)
Location:
Studio A
This
class will create a pleasant feeling, rejuvenate spirit, mind & body as well
as improve
flexibility, strength, vitality & energy. This eclectic style of Hatha yoga
(lyengar, Kripalu,
Vinyasa) emphasizes smooth, slow-flowing yoga postures sometimes
moving from standing to floor and back up again). Many poses are held momentarily
to integrate breath work & self awareness and some poses will flow one
to another with the breath. Poses are shown in a variety of levels.
Please
bring your own yoga mat.
